What she accomplished
- Lost 22 pounds.
- Was able to buy smaller clothes.
How she did it:
- Trains twice a week with Lindsay.
- Participates in Spinning class twice a week.
- Works out on an elliptical trainer at least once weekly.
My “weight journey” has been up and down for years which is very frustrating and has caused me to have Type II Diabetes. I really do not want to go on medications for the Diabetes so when my numbers were too high last February, I decided that is it – I have to make a life change and I have to stick with it. I had been working out with Lindsay for awhile but in March I started incorporating eating better and eating less. Since then I have lost about 22 lbs – some weeks I stay the same, some I lose more but it’s been a pretty steady downward trend.
Granted, I still have quite a bit to lose but I am very focused and will not let it get out of control again. I feel so much better exercising more and eating better and Lindsay has been a great motivator and friend! I love Innovative and plan on getting involved in more classes in the near future!
