Before coming to Innovative I was concerned with losing, losing pounds on the scale and inches off my waist and hips. I used several at home workouts, diets and weighed in weekly as I watched my “points.” I went to boot camp and fat camp until all I had lost was a true sense being healthy.
Then I joined Innovative and started working with the FitPro staff. The journey I have been on since that time has been life changing. I began to not only lose the pounds and inches but more importantly I started to GAIN.

of foods are best for weight loss and increasing lean muscle.
I gained the Freedom from my constant struggle to lose weight and to be a certain size to understanding
how my body works, the function of adaptation and the success of consistent training.
So in the end despite that I lost a few pounds, what mattered most to me was what I gained. I gained my SELF, and now I am two sizes smaller and healthier than ever. I have more energy for my work and studies, my young family and for my relationships with friends. I eat better, move more and I feel great! Thanks Innovative!
