Congratulations to Patricia! She is our ?Weight Loss Survivor' runner up! In just 27 weeks she has lost 22 pounds! In that time she has lowered her blood pressure from 150/90 to 130/78!
To achieve these results Patricia says that she had to increase the intensity and duration of exercise, while varying her exercise routine. She also stopped eating after 8pm and began to subsitute low fat food for sugar-laden foods.
Patricia says "Weight Loss Survivor provided the motivation" to assist her in this healthy transformation! "Kelly, Innovative's Program Director, along with Spinning instructors Ken, Jane, Amy and Todd, and personal trainer Barb has also helped keep me motivated."
New things that Patricia can now do is "wear a size 8 and touch her toes!" Patricia's advice is to "Keep at it! Baby steps will eventually turn into leaps of achievement!"
