What she’s accomplishing
- She has lost over 115lbs going from a size 24 to 12 and increased flexibility.
How she’s doing it:
- Training 3x a week with Calli and walks 4-6 miles a day. She also maintains a food and activity log.
Life got crazy with work and other commitments so after awhile I decided I needed to take time to do something for myself. I made the decision to join Innovative as it was close to my home and the staff was friendly. The team at Innovative has kept me motivated while preparing to have two knee replacements and a heart transplant. Training with Calli has slowly increased my flexibility and pushed me to be successful through my surgeries and recovery. To lose weight I have utilzed a specific nutrition plan taliored to me and my goals. I maintain a log of my daily food intake utilzing MyFitnessPal App and purchased a Garmin trainer to set daily/weekly activity goals to help keep me on track.
I have made small changes, such as not eating out and cooking healthy meals at home to maintain my health long term. It’s no quick fix, but a lifestyle change I will continue to work on everyday.
