I am addicted to BodyCombat! IHF offers a variety of classes, like RPM and BodyFlow, to keep my workouts balanced. No matter what kind of day I am having, I am a brand new person after I finish my workout. For me, working out is both a physical and mental stress reliever.

My instructors, the staff, and my workout buddies at Innovative are my ‘fit family’, and I feel so blessed to be a part of it. My instructors aren’t only teaching a sweaty and fun class, they are constantly promoting great health. My workout buddies keep me inspired and motivated, and have become cherished friends of mine.
