Brianna has been a personal trainer and dietician at Innovative Health and Fitness for nearly 6 months. She leads our Living Well Nutrition Program. Since November officially kicks off the holiday season, we thought this would be a great opportunity to get to know Brianna a little better.
Brianna started her fitness journey at a young age playing sports through high school and as a college athlete. Brianna went to MATC and received her Associate Degree in Dietetics and previously worked in a clinical setting, helping people manage with multiple comorbidities.
When she came to Innovative Health & Fitness, she made a bit of a career switch, to do preventative work, educating clients about the connection between food, fitness and health. Brianna’s motivation is to make people feel better and help them be a better version of themselves. Nutrition is Brianna’s favorite way to stay healthy. “Eating is fun and something we do a majority of the day,” she told us. “Eating nutritious foods and being creative in the kitchen is fun!”
In her free time, she enjoys trying out healthy recipes and spending time outdoors with her husband, 18-month son and dog.
