Quick and Healthy 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites. Takes less than 10 minutes and is made with only 5 ingredients!
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
Roll into 12 bites (or your desired size) and store in the fridge for up to a week.
Spice them up with adding chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut, protein powder, favorite seasoning like cinnamon, etc.
