1lb ground chicken or turkey (or you can use cubed chicken breast)
1 cup salsa (you pick the spice level and flavor)
1 cup chicken broth
1 can refried beans
1 can black beans (drained)
½ cup frozen corn (optional)
½ cup shredded cheese (vegan if needed)
Try adding a bit of taco seasoning to the meat for flavor 🤤
Add water as needed to thin– sometimes using a chunkier salsa thickens it up.
