We are very excited to welcome Sarah Widmer to the Personal Training family! Sarah is our newest Personal Trainer, though you may have seen her around as a Coach and member previously. Sarah is NASM certified and specializes in strength training, weight loss, circuit training, functional fitness and group fitness. She enjoys all that health and fitness stands for, wanting to help others reach their goals and overcome obstacles.
Sarah believes that discomfort is a part of growth and essential for any positive change. “To be able to get up and move our bodies is a gift,” she said. “It’s only after you have stepped out of your comfort zone that you begin to see results, growth and transformation.”
Sarah is an avid lifter and loves any exercise that involves kettlebells. She enjoys creating new workouts and routines.
When Sarah’s not busy helping her Personal Training clients reach their goals, you can find her binging reality TV, cooking, spending time with her family or traveling! She especially loves the places that are warm and sunny and has spent time snorkeling off the shores of Hawaii.
