Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 milk (whichever type you prefer)
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Add ins: fresh fruit, almonds, nuts, etc.
Directions
Combine oats, milk, syrup, vanilla in a large mason jar or bowl. Seal with lid and shake to mix.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Stir and add toppings prior to serving!
