#1 Pack some resistance bands or jump rope in your suitcase
They take up little space, and can provide you with an entire upper/lower body routine, and you can work on your cardio w/ the jump rope
#2 Be Creative
Use your vacation as an opportunity to find unique ways to exercise instead of the same old routine. Try biking, hiking, paddle boating, or beach activities to get your body moving
#3 Prepare Snacks
To avoid eating fast food during your trip, pack some snacks (healthy and little bit of guilty pleasure snacks) so that you don’t get tempted while you’re traveling.
#4 Remind yourself how good exercising makes you feel
Traveling (Road trips, and long plane rides) can be taxing on the body. You need to move. Make sure you stretch, and get out and walk if you’re able to during your breaks to your distinction.
#5 When in doubt, Burpee if out
One of the best bang for your buck exercise is the burpee. So bust out a couple while waiting for your flight, or anywhere really. You can do the modified versions of it too.
Just remember to move, be active, and most of all enjoy your vacation.
