Hatha Yoga – poses that move from the floor to standing and every place in-between.
Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra – poses that allow for total relaxation using a variety of yoga props to restore the body, ending with a deeply relaxing meditative journey through the body in Savasana.
Yin Yoga – a variety of poses held for a longer periods of time to safely strengthen our joints and stretch ligaments, tendons, muscles and fascial networks around the joints.
TRE – a series of simple exercises used to activate, stretch and fatique specific muscle groups and culminates in accessing the body’s tremor mechanism to release tensions held in contracted muscles.
Neurogenic – an INTEGRATIVE practice that combines yoga poses and breath work, along with self induced neurogenic tremors.
