Ongoing Program

STRONGMOMS Club at Innovative Health & Fitness is an exclusive group of moms with a common goal of living a healthy lifestylegetting support and motivation from other moms and enjoying new & lasting friendships. If this is something that sounds like you could use, we invite you to try us out before you join. This unique club offers:

  • Access to our Private Facebook Group – Find motivation and support from Liz and other moms. All communication for the Boot Camp, play dates and moms’ nights out will be posted here. 
  • Unlimited Boot Camp-style workouts (up to two options per week) – Boot Camp workouts will be held on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. Come to as many as you’d like. Workouts will be led by personal trainer Liz who specializes in pre- and post-natal fitness.
  • Scheduled play dates for kids – Twice a month, play dates will be planned at various locations (i.e., parks, indoor playgrounds, moms’ homes, etc.) ($).
  • Planned moms’ nights out – Once a month, we’ll get together just for fun. Events may include dinner, wine tasting, healthy cooking classes and more – the options are endless ($).

All for just $49.95/month for members!** (month-to-month programming that you can cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice). Contact Liz to register for payment details.

*Play dates and moms’ nights out events may cost extra depending on what is planned. Participants will have to cover their own costs for these events. Access to the Facebook group, personal trainer and unlimited Boot Camp is included in monthly cost for $49.95. During warmer months, children in strollers are welcome to attend outdoor Boot Camps.

**Non-Members are welcome to join this program for $79.95/month (price does not include child care). We recommend joining the club though, to get the member discounted rate.

SMALL GROUP BOOT CAMPS

small group training, personal training, boot camp, trx, hiit, crossfit, body weight, weight loss, workout, workout buddyOur Small Group Boot Camp programs consist of six or eight-week specialty classes that provide members with individualized attention, group motivation, accountability and friendship. While most class options will remain similar from session to session, the program itself also allows for flexibility in the schedule – giving our personal trainers the ability to change the class format or offer specialized classes – depending on member interest and time of year (i.e., triathlon training, outdoor classes, low back pain, etc). Each class will be either 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length, with a minimum of four and maximum of 12 participants. Holiday weeks will have adjusted length and pricing. It’s like personal or partner training, but much more cost effective.

GENERAL BOOT CAMP with Liz (45 minutes)

ABOUT BOOT CAMP: Looking for a new way to challenge yourself at the gym? Join us in various locations throughout Innovative – including our backyard and indoor track – and take your workouts to the next level with this high intensity workout class! We will be doing full body workouts that get your heart pumping and muscles working using weights, resistance bands, body weight and more. This class is for any fitness level as progressions and regressions are provided for every exercise.


TRX & MORE BOOT CAMP with Heather (45 minutes)

Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the Training Studioplay video, youtube videos, exercise videos, large group classes, small group training, personal training

Session runs Tuesday, July 10 through Tuesday, Aug. 28

($99 for members | $159 for non-members)

 

ABOUT TRX AND MORE: TRX and More is 45 minutes of intense, motivating fun, that encompasses whole body training including TRX suspended exercises, resistance bands, weighted balls and more! Participants will move through timed stations with emphasis on research based effective exercises supervised by a licensed physical therapist. This class is for all fitness levels with exercises modified for each individual to maximize their results! Come join the fun and together we can take your fitness to the next level!


GENERAL BOOT CAMP with Jeremy (45 minutes)

Fridays at8:15 a.m. in the Training Studio

Session runs Friday, July 13 through Friday, Aug. 31
