Health and fitness has always been a part of my life. I realized it was important to me when health and fitness not only improved my physical health but my mental health as well. If I’m not training and helping individuals with their goals, I spend my time making myself better and coaching Crossfit. Crossfit is my favorite kind of therapy. In 2021, I competed in my first Crossfit competition and fell in love with the challenge.
Health and fitness is a lifestyle choice and you should choose to do something you enjoy. It can be any kind of movement, just make sure you can connect with it. Movement shouldn’t be a chore, it should be something that is sustainable and something that you look forward to. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, just make sure it’s a plan that works for you.
