FITNESS PHILOSOPHY

Amanda became a personal trainer because she love helping people. Making a difference in someone’s life even if it is just for a thirty minute workout in a twenty-four day means the world to her. Over the decade Amanda has been a personal trainer she can honestly say the people she has been lucky enough to work with have made her not only a better trainer but a better person. Amanda could not be more thankful for that, helping people live their healthiest life while having fun is a win win in her book!
