Audra has competed in track and field for 10 years – specializing in pole vault at the collegiate level. She also has experience coaching. Her experiences with athletics have helped her realize her passion for fitness. Now she wants to share that passion with others. Aside from working and working out, Audra loves to go on adventures and travel to different parts of the world. She’s always looking for something new and exciting to keep her life interesting.
Everyone is different, so there is no one way to be active. It’s all about creating a lifestyle that can be sustainable. I enjoy being personable and helping individuals discover how they can create a healthy lifestyle they love.
