Brianna started her fitness journey at a young age playing sports through high school and as a college athlete. Brianna went to MATC and received her Associate Degree in Dietetics. She comes from a clinical background from helping people with multiple comorbidities and switching paths to educate clients about the connection between food, fitness and health.  In her free time, she enjoys trying out healthy recipes and spending time outdoors with her husband, 1-year old son and dog.
