Fitness has been a part of my life since I received my first set of weights at 12 years old. I participated in high school sports, which translated to running and weightlifting after school, and then sprint triathlons with my son. Even though my exercise routine has changed over the years from running and weightlifting to cycling and swimming, I still try to work out five or six times a week. It is a big part of my life.
