Kayla is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys playing sports and challenging herself in the gym. She has her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and dreams of helping the troops with rehab and performance through Sports Psychology. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and being with her friends and family.


FITNESS PHILOSOPHY

Kayla became a personal trainer because she wants to help people grow and better themselves in a way they never thought they could. Not just physically, but mentally. She wants to help her clients find what works best for them. Not only that, but she wants her clients to find something that they enjoy and can continue throughout their lives.
