As a Wisconsin native, sports and fitness have always been a huge part of Liz’s life. She played varsity golf, basketball and ran track in High School. She earned a Division 1 Athletic Golf Scholarship and was coached by some of the best NCAA trainers in the country. After having her first child, she decided to make fitness a career. She wanted to share her knowledge about a fit pregnancy with other moms. Liz has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Fitness Blogger for several years.
Balance is the key and Liz wants to help you find YOUR BALANCE. Liz specializes in training women and moms. She has two children and knows what it’s like to balance work, kids, family, and fitness. She wants to inspire others to make fitness a lifestyle that is lived forever – not just a short-term fix.
