Mitch is a big proponent of lifestyle-based health, fitness and wellness. He combines his extensive military training as a Navy Hospital Corpsman and years of experience experimenting in the many different modalities. He enjoys hiking, playing sports, reading, cooking, and spending time with his two dogs.
