Nikki loves fitness just as much as she loves life itself. She has always made health and fitness a priority in life. Nikki works extremely well with individuals one on one and/or in a group setting. She is currently running and teaching our Innov8 HIIT program. She takes every person’s needs into great consideration. She will be great at helping to design a program that will fit best for your needs and lifestyle. Nikki used to work in a hospital until she realized that her real passion was in the gym. The gym has always been her happy place. When Nikki is not working or working out you can find her outside enjoying nature, going on hikes, creating new baked good recipes, or enjoying county fairs.


Nikki aims to inform and educate her clients on the importance of health and fitness. Helping people is her passion and is what she loves to do more than anything. Being able to make a difference in someone’s life means the world to her. Even if it is just a small difference.
