Sarah is an active lifter who always enjoys creating new workouts, routines, and ideas. She strives when helping others be the best version of themselves, and reminding them that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, binging reality tv, spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling to new places.


FITNESS PHILOSOPHY

Discomfort is a part of growth, and it is essential for any positive change. To be able to get up and move our bodies is a gift – when moving our bodies and finding something we love doing in the process, it creates habits towards a healthy and fulfilling life. It’s only after you have stepped out of your comfort zone that you begin to see results, growth and transformation. My ultimate goal is to inspire others, and have them say “because of you, I never gave up.”
