Nikki
Nikki loves fitness just as much as she loves life itself. She has always made health and fitness a priority in life. Nikki works extremely well with individuals one on one and/or in a group setting. She is currently running and teaching our Innov8 HIIT program. She takes every person’s needs into great consideration. The gym has always been her happy place. When Nikki is not working or working out you can find her outside enjoying nature, going on hikes, creating new baked good recipes, or enjoying county fairs.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
Nikki aims to inform and educate her clients on the importance of health and fitness. Helping people is her passion and is what she loves to do more than anything. Being able to make a difference in someone’s life means the world to her. Even if it is just a small difference.

Andrew
Andrew’s enthusiasm for exercise and wellness started at a very young age as he was always trying out different sports growing up. He started one of his favorite forms of activity, Taekwondo, in grade school where he eventually achieved a black belt! After accomplishing that he trained in cross country, track, and some weightlifting. Andrew is not shy to trying out different forms of activity to reach a goal as he believes there are many ways to do so. Andrew works hard to stay up to date with and communicate the best science-based training exercises and methods to help people succeed in surpassing their aspirations. When Andrew isn’t in the gym you can find him taking care of his 1-year-old German Shepherd, trying out new recipes, or keeping up with the latest and greatest Netflix shows!

Winston
Winston loves lifting heavy weights! He knows first hand the lifestyle of loving, and living inside of your comfort zone. And fighting to get out of it. Through that, he has become knowledgeable of how much more control we have of our minds than we think, and how they can be changed for the better. Winston knows the road to a healthier lifestyle can be very challenging, from all of the delicious food we have around us, to the enjoyable entertainment on our screens, it can feel impossible to make a lasting difference for ourselves. Through your fitness journey, Winston would love to be with you every step of the way!
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
Fitness is a multidimensional aspect of how we are to live life. It’s a cause to better love life. An additional gift, and pleasure to be able to move, grow, and mold our bodies into the way we specifically choose. As well as to maintain a reasonable status of health.

Becca
My passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness started at a young age by being exposed to the gym atmosphere and playing sports such as Track & Field, Cross Country, Powder Puff Football, and weightlifting in high school. My fitness journey has led me to a strong mind set and to push beyond the physical limits because the body achieves what the mind believes. Your body can stand anything, it’s your mind that you have to convince. When I am not at the gym, you can find me exploring nature, going on hikes, biking, creating new recipes, and sitting by the campfire.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
When you feel like quitting, think about why you started because life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

Dalfim
Dalfim has always enjoyed being fit. He knows what it’s like to go through the ups and downs of keeping a routine. However, that doesn’t stop him from giving his all, while achieving his goals – in fitness or in life. Dalfim is obsessed with obstacle course racing and has done numerous OCR races (Spartan Races, Warrior Dash, BattleFrog, Tough Mudder, Savage Race, OCR World Championship). He’s also done longer endurance events like BattleFrog’s BFX Multiple lap races, Spartan Race’s 12HR Hurricane Heat, and Gut Check’s The Suck 12HR (working towards the main event of completing their 36 hour one), and plans to participate in ‘Worlds Toughest Mudder’ added to his bucket list. Family is very important to Dalfim. He feels improving oneself or participating in an activity that you’re passionate about is essential in all aspects to be a better version of yourself life and to the people around you.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
Life will throw you a curve ball – we’ve all experienced that. But, every now and then, we fall into the trap of being in our comfort zone for far too long. It’s not good to be stagnant. Life was meant to be lived to the fullest. Get out there and try something new – drag someone along for the ride, as well. When you look back, it will all be worth it. Invest in yourself, and your health and you’ll reap the benefits of a more rewarding life.

Sarah
Sarah is an active lifter who always enjoys creating new workouts, routines, and ideas. She strives when helping others be the best version of themselves, and reminding them that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. In her free time, Sarah enjoys cooking, binging reality tv, spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling to new places.
FITNESS PHILOSOPHY
Discomfort is a part of growth, and it is essential for any positive change. To be able to get up and move our bodies is a gift – when moving our bodies and finding something we love doing in the process, it creates habits towards a healthy and fulfilling life. It’s only after you have stepped out of your comfort zone that you begin to see results, growth and transformation. My ultimate goal is to inspire others, and have them say “because of you, I never gave up.”
